The World Selects Invitational is the centrepiece of the Swiss Selects pathway. Its elite boys’ tournaments are invite-only and bring together leading teams and players from established hockey nations for highly competitive international events.
Swiss Selects identifies and selects outstanding young players from Switzerland to compete in this environment under the Swiss Selects identity.

How a Swiss player gets there
Selections are based on level, performance, team fit and the requirements of each event. Selected players come together as a team and prepare for the demands of international competition before wearing the Swiss Selects colours abroad.
Selection criteria and availability vary by age group and tournament. Participation in an event does not guarantee selection.

How can a player join Swiss Selects?
Interested players create an account in the official Swiss Selects Talent Pool. Player applications are not handled by email. Selection criteria still depend on age group, team fit and tournament.
Is Swiss Selects part of Swiss Ice Hockey?
No. Swiss Selects is an independent organisation within the World Hockey Group network. It is not a team or program of Swiss Ice Hockey.
