What the Swiss Selects
name represents.
Teams competing at the World Selects Invitational carry the Swiss Selects identity. The name is reserved for this elite stage within the World Hockey Group structure.
Additional World Hockey Group tournament opportunities may use the Swiss SHD team designation. Swiss Selects remains the public-facing organization behind the Swiss program.
